Please provide us with some initial information. Read, print, and fill out the intake form. Then you can bring it in with you to your first appointment or mail to us.
Step 2: Scheduling an Appointment.
Please call us at 239-549-0465 or email us at office@providencebiblicalcounseling.org to schedule your first session. To plan for time, our sessions run from 1 to 2 hours.
Counseling Fees
We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. Counselees (individuals, married couples, families) pay on a sliding scale based on their income. Note: First session has an additional administration fee of $20.00.
